Who we are
VK Exports is a women’s resort wear manufacturer and export house based at Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:
Enquiry form — your name, email address, company or brand name, the product category you are interested in, an approximate order quantity, and whatever you write in the message field.
WhatsApp — if you message us through a WhatsApp link on this site, your phone number and the contents of that conversation. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and is governed by their own privacy terms, not ours.
Email and phone — if you contact us directly, whatever you include in that correspondence.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and lead times, develop samples, and manage an ongoing supply relationship if you become a customer. That is the whole purpose — we do not use enquiry data for anything else.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who have only made an enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the work: with our email and hosting providers, and with logistics partners when we need to arrange a shipment to you. We also disclose information where we are legally required to.
Because we are based in India and work with international buyers, information you send us will be processed in India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to actual orders are kept for as long as tax and export regulations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
If analytics are added to this site later, this section will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@vkexports.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to request a portable copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made silently.
